Bible Text: Mark 4:35-41 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Mark | The trials of life. It was Jesus’ idea to set sail and the disciples were obedient to His command. Obedience does not mean freedom from difficulties. Whatever situation we are in, or are about to go through, Jesus has led us there. He won’t lead us anywhere that He is not present. Do we consider what He was doing and what we learned in our storms? He may be moulding us more into the image of Christ and weaning us from this world. We are not apprentices being trained up in order to go out alone. He is always with us.
