Having said there is none like God, David now says there is none like His people. They are a redeemed people that the Lord redeemed for Himself. This is also true of Christians. We are saved from slavery to sin, to give ourselves as instruments for righteousness. God’s throne is established forever and so it follows that God’s people are established forever. He is holding us. He is with us and knows how much we are able to bear. If we really understand that we have a forever king and are His forever people, we will praise Him.
