Why refuse to worship the image, and be thrown into the fiery furnace? These men submit themselves to God’s will and purpose. Serving God means giving things up, and it may be costly, but we are promised treasures in heaven, and Christ Himself. The Lord is present with these men in the furnace, and whatever it costs us to follow the Lord, He will be with us.
