Bible Text: Ecclesiastes 8:16 – 9:12 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Ecclesiastes | There is one thing we all know: death comes to all. Verse 3 calls it an evil and we feel it to be an intruder. The curse of death was brought to the world because of man’s sin. Death can come suddenly, even to the strong. Life is described as vain because it is short but our lives have meaning and purpose. Even in suffering, joy can be known by knowing God.
