Our salvation is not yet complete. It will be complete when we see the Lord. Paul is looking forward to the Lord’s return. We don’t know when but it’s the next thing in God’s plan. Time passes quickly and our lives are a vapour so we should live in the light of that day, walking properly and soberly, making no provision for sin.
