Bible Text: Philippians 1:12-18a | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Philippians | Paul was imprisoned and like us at this time unable to leave. However he says this led to the advance of the gospel! His jailers recognised Christ was with him. Although it could lead to death, he could rejoice, as can we. We cannot take the gospel out but the gospel is never in chains. Other Christians became bolder during Paul’s imprisonment. For the Christian it is true that everything is going to be OK. There is no cure for the virus but there is a cure for death. Jesus saves from death itself.
