The Holy Spirit comes to set us free, indwell us and sanctify us. The whole epistle builds up to this climax that in Christ there is no condemnation. Without Christ there is condemnation; there is no hope. None of us could satisfy the demands of the law but Jesus perfectly fulfilled the demands of righteousness.
