The Palmist gives us four insights into God’s character: He is our glorious God who created everything and for whom nothing is impossible; our sovereign God who brought Israel out of Egypt and has provided throughout church history; our mighty God who is more powerful than the church’s enemies and has crushed death and the devil; and our merciful God who rescues us. We all need a Saviour.
