However, there is one thing guaranteed to change people’s lives and behaviour: the work of Christ on the cross. Paul wanted the Philippians to be united and paints a beautiful picture of what that looks like. They are to think like Christ who humbled Himself to take on human nature and go to the cross. He took the accusations and charges because He was standing in the place of sinners. A new kind of life is possible.
