Bible Text: Ephesians 5:1-14 | Preacher: Dylan Brady | We are attracted to the darkness. Paul lists things that were common in the church in Ephesus and are still common today. These are all things our society celebrates. They use good gifts in the wrong way and bring unhappiness and destruction. A person who lives like this has no inheritance in the kingdom of God. Nothing impure can ever enter His presence. Jesus took all the fruitless and dark deeds on Himself and suffered the punishment for us. When we are saved from the darkness we walk in the light.
