Bible Text: Romans 8:9-11 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Romans | Paul had said those in the flesh cannot please God. However, there is something altogether different about the Christian. The Holy Spirit dwells in them and this is what makes the difference. This doesn’t mean the Christian is without temptation, but they are able to obey and please God. They are not only different now but will also know resurrection life in the future. All of this is possible because of righteousness. Our representative is Christ who gives us His righteousness.
