It follows that in time they will be called, justified and conformed to His image. With the word “called”, we have moved from eternity into time. Time is important to us. There is one event that must happen in our life: we must believe on Christ and be saved. Many people reject this call because they are told they are sinners, while the believer responds with joy. It is through the general, gospel call, that it is made effective for those who are His.
