Bible Text: Psalm 27:7-14 | Preacher: John Palmer | Here is an invitation for us to seek God’s face; not only an invitation but a command that we turn to Him and abandon our sin. We must keep seeking His face. We can plead past mercies when we have done something wrong. God never proves unfaithful. David prays to be taught God’s way; not his own way, but how to keep what God has already commanded. What on earth would have happened without God’s grace? Where would we be if we hadn’t believed? We are told to wait on – not for – the Lord. It has connotations of service. We don’t serve Him in our own strength.
