Bible Text: Mark 1:40-45 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Mark | When we understand our sin we feel how abominable it is. However, the leper came with hope. He did not doubt Jesus’ ability to heal him but only His will. Jesus stretches out His hand. How many of us would embrace somebody with an infectious disease? He redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. We are ashamed of our sin and don’t want people to know about it, but Jesus will embrace us with all of our disease and take it from us.
