God’s generosity is seen in Adam and Eve being forbidden from eating from the tree of knowledge; they were told the consequences of evil without having to experience it. Adam and Eve represented us in disobeying. We may say that’s not fair but Christ also represented us so that we can be forgiven. The fall is the most logical and reasonable explanation for the world and why we are the way we are.
