There is a partial hardening upon Israel but their rejection of the gospel will only last until the full number of the gentiles had come in. Will we be among them? Paul says all Israel will be saved. Will every Jew on the planet at some point believe? The point seems to be Israel as a nation turning and believing on Christ.
