Bible Text: Ecclesiastes 1:12-18 | Preacher: James Allan | Series: Ecclesiastes | We saw that man has nothing to show for all his toil. Perhaps if a person applies themselves to some kind of study there will be some gain? This man sets out on a quest to understand the world but finds it all vanity. Even if we pursue wisdom we will not be able to control life and its events. Even the good things in life become spoiled and sometimes our sadness is deep. However, there is a wisdom God gives that brings joy. This comes through Christ. He has died to save people and promises a world free from the struggles of this life.
